1. Black Pepper Beef Steak


500 grams of beef

How to make:

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce

How to make:
Put the coconut milk into the pan, then heat it, if it’s boiling, remove it and turn off the stove.

2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve with water
1 tbsp margarine
1 small onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp broth powder
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
enough water

How to make:

Steam the tempeh and crush it until smooth and mix it with all the steak ingredients. Take some and form a flat round.
Dip into the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs. Leave it until the flour sticks.
Fry until browned and cooked. Drain well.
Melt the margarine, pour all the sauce ingredients except the cornstarch dissolved in water, stir well. When it boils, pour in the cornstarch solution and stir until thickened.
Tempe steak is ready to serve with the sauce poured on it.
